Jason has over 20 years of experience in chemical and food manufacturing and in non-profits, focusing on product quality, training, and people. Jason has lead in industrial and non-profit organizations, on the front lines and in the board room. He uses his expertise and the Maxwell Leadership Team training to drive growth and motivate individuals to exceed business needs and drive leadership. He works to drive leadership growth among teams, through motivated trainings and one-on-one coaching. Through speaking engagements he helps to energize and inspire groups to improve in leadership and create a more cohesive team.
In November 2021 Jason will assist in the transformation of the Dominican Republic, through the Maxwell Leadership Foundation. During this time he will work with different country leaders from education, business, and federal and state governments to drive value based change in the country and promote better leadership for the future of the country.
Jason has worked with individuals from school age to senior business leaders and entrepreneurs. He brings his wealth of leadership knowledge plus the teaching of John Maxwell, and the Maxwell Leadership Team to help any type of organization that is struggling to advance or having internal issues.
